If your work requires you to stay longer, you will stay.

If your new job requires you to move, this excuse is the best one. You can talk to your manager about any of the issues you have when you move, like how your parents, kids, or the weather will be. When your parents need you, they should go to a medical facility in your current area because it takes less time to get there, emergency care or doctors know each other, and it doesn’t take long.

That’s a good reason to turn down a job offer. But be careful. You should not blame the organization, but instead, take the blame for it in your head.
