Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT Bryce Dallas ?
The American film actress, writer and director Bryce Dallas Howard. In her childhood, she didn’t want to be an actor but a forensic anthropologist. Howard first took part in her dad’s movie, ‘The Parenthood’ (1989). A couple of years later, she improved her acting skills at the Tisch School of Arts and won many roles in productions in her school.
She never looked back and soon embarked on a stardom journey. Howard’s greatest break came with Twilight Series, where she played Victoria’s role. Her other films that won her awards were ‘Spiderman3,’ “The Help” and ‘Salvation Terminator.” Although many of her films bombed at the box office, her role was acknowledged critically. Bryce has been a fervent reader since childhood and in her later teenage days was strongly influenced by existentialism theory. Howard has also recently tried her hands on management, screenplay and production.
She was born to Ron Howard, Oscar-winning film maker, and his actress and author Cheryl. She comes from Dallas City (Texas), where she was conceived, like her three younger siblings, her middle name, ‘Dallas.’
She grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut, away from the showbiz with her brothers and sisters, because her parents want all their children to be normal, away from the Hollywood light.
In 1996, she studied Country Day School in Greenwich and continued to attend Byram Hills High School in Armonk, New York. She also attended Steppenwolf Theater Company’s prestigious school in Chicago. She discovered and began to devor existentialism all these years.
She and her friend Natalie Portman enrolled in the Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts camp at Catskills. She dropped her last name when she was registered to avoid special treatment.
In 1995, she and many other members of her family played an extra in her dad’s film, Apollo 13.In 2000, she performed as an extra in her film ‘How the Grinch stole Christmas’ in the Universal Studio. After that, she performed in New York for years including ‘House and Garden,’ a production of Alan Ayckbourn at the Manhatten Theatre Club.
In 2003, she received a BFA in Drama from Tisch School of Arts. Throughout all these years, she has also performed classical plays in Broadway and was a part of concept recording in a musical, ‘A tale of two cities.’
It was during this time, while playing as Rosalind in the critically acknowledged comedy production of William Shakespeare “As you like,” that she first came to the attention of Director Manoj N. Shyamalan who later took her first break.
In 2004, she made her debut in Alan Brown’s ‘Book of Love,’ a young man who fell for a lonely teenager and thus destroyed her marriage. The audience and critics did not respond well.In the same year, she took her leading role in the fantasy thriller ‘The Village,’ Manoj N Shyamalan. The critics appreciated her role and the film was good for business.
In 2005, she was cast as Grace Mulligan by Lars Von Trier in sequel to Dogville (2003), ‘Manderlay.’ Although the box office failed, it was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2005.
She joined Manoj N. Shyamalan in 2006 to make a fantasy movie called ‘Lady in the Water,’ starring as a nymph. It didn’t do well at the box office and the audience received a mixed response. In late 2006, she wrote and directed a short film, ‘Orchids,’ which was funded by Cartier and Film Aid, as part of Glamour’s ‘Reel Moments’ series.
She replaced Charlotte Gainsbourg in June 2008 as Kate Connor and was cast in ‘Salvation Terminator.’ While the film received no critical recognition, it was a major commercial success.
In 2009, she played the lead role in the loss of a teardrop diamond based on the long-forgotten 1957 screenplay from Tennessee William. It was not played at many theatres and mostly received negative acclaim. In October 2010, she performed in Clint Eastwood’s Hereafter, a box office success that received mixed critical reviews.
In 2011, she did ‘The Help,’ an American movie adaptation of Katherine Stockett’s similar name novel (2009). Her skills as director and producer were also seen this year. She coproduced ‘Restless’ in collaboration with her father and directed and co-wrote the movie ‘The Originals.’
