Finn Wolfhard was born on December 23, 2002, into a family of French, German, and Jewish descent in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He attends a Catholic college. He lent his voice to two Adult Swim production the animated special, Zach Hadel and Michael Cusack’s Laughing Friends, which debuted on April 1, 2020, and the animated film, Rapunzel’s gender-swapped version, JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales as Boypunzel. Wolfhard joined the adaptation of the Quibi television series Home Movie: The Princess Bride, directed by Jason Reitman, to raise money for World Central Kitchen, which was launched in July 2020, and then a live reading of the script of The Princess Bride, as the Grandson, for a charity function in September 2020 for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
