Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT Frank VanderSloot?

Mr. Frank L. VanderSloot was born on the 14th of August 1948 to a family of entrepreneurs in Billings, Montana, United States of America. Mr. VanderSloot is best known as the founder and CEO of the wellness firm Melaleuca, Inc. In his previous position, he served as Vice President of Cox Communications, and he is also well-known for his service on the board of directors and executive board of the United States Chamber of Commerce. Since the mid-1970s, he has maintained a busy professional life.

Have you ever pondered how wealthy Frank VanderSloot is now, in late 2016, in comparison to his previous wealth? Authorities estimate Frank’s entire net worth to be in the range of $1.2 billion, which he has amassed over the course of a successful commercial career.

Frank VanderSloot is the son of Peter Francis VanderSloot and Margaret May Christensen Sindberg-Woodley VanderSloot, and the grandson of Peter Francis VanderSloot and Margaret May Christensen Sindberg-Woodley. He grew up in a number of towns, including Hardin, Montana, and Sheridan, Wyoming, before settling in Cocolalla, Idaho, with his parents and siblings. He graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1966, and he joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when he was 16 years old, making him the youngest member of the church (LDS). Later, he went on to get a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University after attending Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, and earning an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Ricks College.

Following graduating from college, Frank accepted a position with Automatic Data Processing in the field of human resources management, where he would remain for the following nine and a half years, relocating to three different locations. After leaving ADP, he was appointed as the regional vice-president of Cox Communications, where he has worked since. His life, on the other hand, changed dramatically in the mid-1980s when he was approached by his brother-in-law Roger Ball and Roger’s brother to take over Melaleuca Inc., which was a nascent multi-level marketing firm that was in a total mess at the time.

Frank was unable to recover the firm, and it was forced to close the next year; nonetheless, he founded a new company with the same name, using the same distributors and goods as before. Since then, Melaleuca has grown to become one of the world’s largest marketers of nutritional supplements, cleaning supplies, and personal care items, further increasing Frank’s net worth. Melaleuca now operates on a global scale, with its headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and a second location in Knoxville, Tennessee, both in the United States. Melaleuca’s goods may be purchased directly from the company’s website or through one of its retail outlets.

Frank has founded numerous other profitable enterprises in addition to Melaleuca, including Riverbend Ranch, which he founded in 1993. Natural Guardian Limited Partnership, which he started in 1995 and now controls around 1,500 acres in Wolverine Canyon in Bingham County, Idaho, was established by him as a holding business. Also contributing to his net worth is his ownership of Riverbend Communications, which operates a number of radio stations in Eastern Idaho, including KCVI Kbear 101, KEII News-Talk AM 690 – 1260, KLCE Classy 97, KEIR AM 1260, and KTHK 105.5 The Hawk, all of which have contributed to his rise in the ranks of the wealthy.

Frank is also quite involved in politics, having backed a number of Republican presidential candidates, including Mitt Romney and Marco Rubio, among others, as well as Democratic presidential contenders, like Jackie Groves Wilega and other candidates.

Frank has earned several notable accolades during his career, including the Idaho Business Leader of the Year award, which was presented by Idaho State University in 1998. Awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001, he has also received several additional honours, including induction into the Idaho Hall of Fame in 2007.

His personal life is centred on his marriage to Belinda VanderSloot, whom he has been married to for over twenty years. Six children are from his previous marriages to Vivian and Kathleen and eight children are from Belinda’s prior marriage. He is the father of 14 children in all. They now live in the city of Idaho Falls, in the state of Idaho. While at work, he is an active philanthropist, having formed the Melaleuca Foundation, which has provided assistance to causes such as education and healthcare.

VanderSloot served as co-chair of Mitt Romney’s national finance committee for his presidential campaigns in 2008 and 2012. Romney’s 2012 campaign received $1.1 million from him, and he was instrumental in raising between $2 million and $5 million. He makes major contributions to Republican presidential candidates as well as state and local political races in Idaho. His advertising against various Democratic candidates in Idaho have also been funded by his campaign.

VanderSloot worked for Automatic Data Processing in three locations for a total of 912 years after completing his undergraduate studies. In sales and marketing prior to his promotion to general management and operations, he gained experience. After leaving ADP, he went to work as a regional vice president for Cox Communications in Vancouver, Washington.

Founder and CEO of Melaleuca Inc, a consumer marketing company that sells nutritional supplements, cleaning supplies, and personal care products, VanderSloot has served as the company’s president and CEO since its founding in 1985. Founded in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Knoxville, Tennessee, in the United States, Melaleuca is a worldwide firm with headquarters in Idaho Falls and Knoxville, respectively. The company pays commissions to “independent marketing professionals” for each transaction made by individuals referred by them and those referred by their customers,:60 through seven “referral generations.” Customers purchase straight from Melaleuca’s website or retail locations. The firm refers to this arrangement as “Consumer Direct Marketing,” which is a term that it has registered as its trademark.

According to a 2004 article by Phyllis Berman, Melaleuca’s sales declined in 1998, and VanderSloot “discovered that numerous senior directors were living off their residuals and doing nothing in the way of recruiting.” The next year, “a new policy was established that reduced awards for individuals who did not bring in new converts or aid other members of the congregation in doing so.” The firm has a significant worldwide presence, with income from Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom accounting for 25 percent of total revenue from these countries. Melaleuca generated more than a billion dollars in total sales in 2011 and $1.13 billion in 2012, according to the company. Melaleuca employs around 2,000 people in Idaho Falls, according to the company.

VanderSloot was the owner of HighStone, an asphalt construction and maintenance firm with headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho (previously Eagle Rock Construction; RBH Gravel; VIP Construction). As part of a $421,000 state government contract to restore a portion of Idaho State Highway 33 in Idaho Falls, HighStone worked on a road project in Rexburg and was the primary contractor on a road project in Rexburg. In September 2011, HighStone merged with DePatco, a family-owned heavy construction firm located in St. Anthony, Idaho, to become HighStone Construction. Following the merger, eastern Idaho boasts the biggest locally held construction enterprise in its history.
