Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT J-HOPE?
Jung Ho-Seok is better known as J-Hope, his stage name. He is a rapper, songwriter, dancer, and record producer from South Korea. J-Hope made his debut in 2013 as a representative of the South Korean boy band BTS, which is managed by Big Hit Music.
J-Hope was born Jung Ho-Seok on February 18, 1994, in Gwangju, South Korea. Prior to his debut with BTS, he was a member of the underground dance team Neuron and studied dance for six years at Gwangju Music Academy, from fourth grade to his first year of high school, when he signed his contract with Big Hit Entertainment. Prior to his debut, J-Hope was well-known for his dance talents. He had won a number of local dance awards, including first place in a national dance competition in 2008. His dancing qualities eventually led him to develop an interest in singing, which enabled him to audition as an idol trainee. J-Hope debuted as a trainee in Jo Kwon’s song “Animal,” which was released in 2012.
In 2016, he spent US$1.6 million on a luxury home in South Korea for his personal use. As of 2018, he and his bandmates reside in Hannam-dong, Seoul, South Korea. In March 2019, he registered at Hanyang Cyber University for the Master of Business Administration program in Advertising and Media, alongside bandmates RM and Suga.
J-Hope started his career as a member of BTS on Mnet’s M! Countdown on June 13, 2013, with the track “No More Dream” from their debut single album 2 Cool 4 Skool. After RM and Suga, he was the third representative to join the team as a trainee. Since then, J-Hope has been involved in the creation of every album in BTS’s discography.
J-Hope and buddy BTS member V partnered with Zara Larsson on a soundtrack called A Brand New Day for the mobile game BTS World on June 14, 2019.
J Hope’s first solo mixtape, Hope World, was released worldwide on March 1, 2018. The album received a favorable response. At the time of the mixtape’s release, he was the highest-charting solo Korean artist on the Billboard 200, debuting at number 63 (and peaking at number 38). On September 27, 2019, he released his song “Chicken Noodle Soup,” which he co-wrote with Becky G. The solo single premiered at No. 81 on the US Billboard Hot 100 on October 12, 2019, making him the first member of BTS to have a Hot 100 hit under his own name.
His stage name, “J-Hope,” was inspired by his desire to be “the hope of BTS” as well as to represent hope for fans. It’s also a reference to the story of Pandora’s box because after the box was opened and all the cruelties inside were unleashed on the world, the only thing left was hope.
