P. Thangamani is an Indian politician who represents the Kumarapalayam constituency in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. He served as Minister of Industry from 2011 to 2016, after being elected from the Kumarapalyam constituency.
He is currently the Minister of Power in the Government of Tamil Nadu, having been elected from the same constituency since 2016. In the 2006 elections, he was elected to the same Tiruchengode constituency as a cadre of the Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam.
