Smith appeared on the song “Latch”, which was released on October 8, 2012, and hit a peak at No. 11 on the UK Singles Chart. Smith released the first single from her debut album, “Lay Me Down,” in February 2013, and later that year appeared on Naughty Boy’s single “La La La.” It was released on May 19, 2013, and reached number one on the UK Singles Chart. The following year, Smith’s debut EP, Nirvana, was released.
