How to Meet Cristiano Ronaldo Personally and Face to Face

Cristiano Ronaldo is a professional footballer. Ronaldo has won five Ballon d’Or trophies and four European Golden Shoes, both of which are records for a European player. He is largely recognised as the finest player in the world and is acknowledged as one of the greatest players of all time.

Ronaldo began his professional club career with Sporting CP before joining Manchester United in 2003, when he was 18 years old. He helped United win three consecutive Premier League championships, the Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup after winning the FA Cup in his debut season, and he earned his first Ballon d’Or at the age of 23.

When Ronaldo signed for Real Madrid for €94 million in 2009, he was the subject of the then-most expensive association football deal. He won 15 trophies during his tenure at the club, including two La Liga championships, two Copas del Rey wins, and four Champions League titles, and he became the club’s all-time leading goalscorer.

Ronaldo placed third in the Ballon d’Or three times after joining Real Madrid, trailing Lionel Messi – his apparent career rival – until winning back-to-back Ballons d’Or in 2013–2014 and again in 2016–2017. Ronaldo became the first player to win the Champions League five times after winning it for the third time in a row in 2018. In 2018, he joined Juventus for an initial price of €100 million, the biggest sum ever paid by an Italian team and the highest fee ever paid for a player beyond the age of 30. In his first three seasons with the club, he won two Serie A titles, two Supercoppa Italianas, and a Coppa Italia.

Ronaldo made his senior international debut for Portugal at the age of 18 in 2003, and has since gained over 170 caps, including appearances and goals in eleven major tournaments, to become Portugal’s most capped player and greatest goalscorer of all time.

He made his international debut at Euro 2004, helping Portugal to the final, and was named full captain of the national squad in July 2008. The Portuguese Football Federation elected Ronaldo the finest Portuguese player of all time in 2015. The next year, he led Portugal to their first major tournament victory, winning Euro 2016, and earning the Silver Boot as the tournament’s second-highest goalscorer.

Ronaldo was named the world’s highest-paid athlete by Forbes in 2016 and 2017 and the world’s most renowned athlete by ESPN from 2016 to 2019. He is one of the most marketable and well-known sportsmen in the world. In 2014, he was included to Time’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people. He is only the third sportsperson to make $1 billion in their career, and he is the first footballer to do it.

Ronaldo scored twice in Portugal’s opening game of Euro 2020, a 3–0 triumph over Hungary in Budapest, on June 15, 2021. He now has eleven European Championship goals, two more than Michel Platini, who is the competition’s all-time leading goalscorer.

He was also the first player to appear and score in five European Championships and eleven senior international competitions in a row. He also became the oldest player in European Championship history to score two goals in a single match and the oldest player to score for Portugal in a major event.
