Rashmika Mandanna is an Indian actress and model who is most known for her work in Telugu and Kannada films. She has won several awards, including a Filmfare Award and a South Indian International Movie Award. Her entries in the Fresh Face competition wowed the producers of the film Kirik Party, who cast her as the female lead in the film in March 2016. Mandanna appeared alongside Dhruva Sarja in the Kannada language film Pogaru in 2021. Mandanna also made her Tamil debut in Bakkiyaraj Kannan’s Sulthan, in which she starred with Karthi. Starting with her directorial debut, Mission Majnu, in which she co-stars with Sidharth Malhotra and is directed by Shantanu Bagchi.
