Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT Jay Abdo ?

Jay Abdo is a Syrian actor who was born Jihad Abdo (or Jihad Abdou) on October 21, 1962. He’s been performing since 1988, and his most recent films include Queen of the Desert and A Hologram for the King. In Damascus, Abdo was born. He studied civil engineering in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and began performing there as well. He returned to Damascus to pursue acting at the Higher Institute for Dramatic Arts following his triumph on the stage. He rose to prominence in the Arab world after graduating in 1991, appearing in a number of films and television shows.

Abdo came out against the Assad administration and how they were “responsible for massacres within their borders” during a trip to Beirut in 2011 where he met with a reporter from the Los Angeles Times. Abdo was threatened and bullied after returning to Syria, and his lack of patriotism was condemned. In order to avoid persecution, he moved to the United States in October 2011. He met up with his wife in Minnesota, where she was enrolled in the Fulbright Program as a Humphrey fellow. They eventually relocated to Los Angeles so that he could resume acting. He secured important roles in Queen of the Desert and A Hologram for the King after working a variety of odd jobs, including delivering pizzas for Domino’s Pizza.

Jay Abdo is a Los Angeles-based Syrian-American actor. In Damascus, he was born in 1962. From a young age, Jay was captivated by acting. Dr. Zhivago, The Godfather, and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest were just a few of the films that transported him. His first performance experience came in elementary school, when he demonstrated his talent as a gifted concert violinist, an experience that sparked his interest in the performing arts. He received a scholarship to study Civil Engineering in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and began acting on the Romanian stage during his time there.

Even though he was performing in a different language, Jay made a strong effect on the reviewers, and he received rave reviews. His success on stage prompted him to change his educational goals, and he returned to Damascus, the Arab world’s Hollywood, to study acting at the famed Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. Jay was designated one of Syria’s and the Arab world’s ten most promising actors a year after graduating, and he has subsequently been cast in leading roles. Jay has acted in over 40 Syrian films and over 1000 television episodes, the majority of which he has played the lead.

He’s performed in English, Spanish, Romanian, and Arabic in over 20 theatrical productions. Jay is a long-time grassroots activist who has utilised his celebrity to help orphans, special-needs children, and cancer patients. His failure to publicly back the authoritarian regime in March 2011 resulted in personal threats and professional pressure, and he was quickly presumed to sympathise with Syrian freedom fighters. Jay had no choice but to abandon his celebrity and evacuate Syria to the United States, where his wife, Fadia Afashe, was a Humphrey scholar at the University of Minnesota, by late 2011. Jay and his wife went to Los Angeles when his wife finished her studies, where he began a new career. He was a pizza delivery driver and a driver. Then, in his first year, he booked a few supporting roles until he met Werner Herzog, who put him in a prominent role alongside Nicole Kidman in Mr. Herzog’s film “Queen of the Desert.” Then, in “A Hologram for the King,” Jay landed another job alongside Tom Hanks. Jay recently starred in the successful film “Bon Voyage,” which was nominated for an Academy Award in 2017.
