The bill mandates the Environmental Protection Agency to set up a volunteer label framework and rules certifying that air pressure, ventilation, zoning, fresh air intake, purification or filtration systems satisfy the standards set out in this bill.

Prohibits the Health and Human Services Department (HHS) from providing family planning money to abortion organisations or to other abortion funding agencies.
