Trivikram, according to Sunil, is the most important person in his life. Trivikram also served as a math and science teacher in a kindergarten. He finally made his way to Hyderabad, where he lived with Sunil and wrote stories for Daily Serials. Sunil connected him with actor Gautam Raju, who employed Trivikram to tutor his children. In the meantime, Trivikram published a short story called “Path” in a leading Telugu weekly.

Trivikram married Soujanya Seetharama Sastry, the niece of Telugu lyricist Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry, in 2002. The pair is the parents of two daughters.

Trivikram had no intention of writing film dialogues, but he was interested in directing instead. Sunil first introduced Gowtam Raju, who then introduced Trivikram to T.D.V. Prasad, who asked Trivikram to compose the dialogues for the climax sequence of the film he was working on at the time. Prasad was so pleased with the outcome that he offered Trivikram the role of assistant to director K. Vijaya Bhaskar. Trivikram got an offer to write dialogues for the film Swayamvaram while working on this project.

It sold its satellite rights for $45 million. Following its initial success, the film was dubbed into Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi, as well as dubbed into Polish for a Poszukiwany release in Poland, making it the first Telugu film to do so.

Trivikram’s work is known for its high level of hilarity, fast repartee, farcical scenes, escapist themes, and comedy thriller plotlines involving violence, sentiment, courtship, family, and marriage. Seven State Nandi Awards, two Filmfare Awards South, and a SIIMA Award have been bestowed upon him. He won the BN Reddy National Award for contribution to Indian cinema in 2015.
