Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT YS JAGAN MOHAN REDDY?

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was born on December 21, 1972, in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India. The name of his parents is Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy and Y. S. Vijayamma. He attended The Hyderabad Public School until he was in the 12th grade. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce. On August 28, 1996, he married Bharathi Reddy. The couple has two children, the eldest of whom attended university in London as an undergraduate. He was raised in a Christian home.

Y. S. Sharmila, his younger sister, is also a politician. Sakshi, a Telugu daily newspaper, and Sakshi TV, a Telugu television station, were created by Reddy. Bharathi Cements’ chief promoter is him.

YS Rajasekhara Reddy, also known as YSR, was the father of Jaganmohan Reddy and served as the Chief Minister of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh twice, from 2004 to 2009. During the 2004 elections in Kadapa District, Jaganmohan Reddy began his political career as a campaigner for the Indian National Congress. Reddy was elected to Parliament from the Kadapa constituency in 2009.

Following his father’s death in September 2009, Jaganmohan Reddy began efforts to carry on his father’s political legacy. The majority of lawmakers wanted him to be installed as Chief Minister, but Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, the party’s founders, were against it.

After a fallout with the Congress party’s high command, he resigned on November 29, 2010. On December 7, 2010, he declared from Pulivendula that he will be forming a new political party in 45 days. In March 2011, he announced the name of his political party in the East Godavari district of Jagganapeta. Later, his party held by-elections in the YSR Kadapa district, winning nearly all of the seats with a large majority. Reddy faced a by-election from the Kadapa constituency as the president of the YSR Congress and won by a wide margin of 545,043 votes.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has revealed that Reddy took Rs 1,172 crore in bribes from different investors in exchange for assisting them in obtaining favourable treatment from the state government. Land, mining concessions, and new industry licences are the most popular favours.

The investigation agency arrested Reddy, a member of Parliament from Kadapa and the son of late chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, on May 27 in connection with a disproportionate assets accident. On the 28th of May, a CBI special court in Hyderabad remanded him in judicial custody for 14 days. He was held at the Chanchalguda Central Prison until June 11th.

The Central Bureau of Investigation detained Reddy on embezzlement charges, and his judicial detention was repeatedly extended as the investigation progressed. On 4 July 2012, 9 August 2012, and 13 May 2013, the Supreme Court rejected his appeal.

Six months after his father’s death, he started an odarpu yatra to visit the families of those suspected to have committed suicide or became ill after hearing of his father’s death, as he had vowed earlier. The Congress party’s central leadership ordered him to call off his odarpu yatra, which he disobeyed, resulting in a split between him and the high command. He went on with the yatra against his protests, claiming that it was a private matter.

Most observers and psephologists considered the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) to be a pre-poll favourite in 2014. The YSRCP, on the other hand, lost the 2014 elections, winning just 67 of 175 seats in the state assembly, despite receiving 45 percent of the vote. The Telugu Desam Party’s vote share increased to 47% in the 2014 election, and the YSRCP was defeated by a 2% margin.

The Yatra began on November 6, 2017 and ended on January 9, 2019. On October 25, 2018, while boarding a flight to Hyderabad, Reddy was stabbed with a cockfighting knife in the VIP Lounge of Visakhapatnam Airport. He sustained a shoulder injury that necessitated surgery.

In the April–May 2019 national and state elections, the YSR Congress Party swept the polls, winning 151 of the possible 175 assembly seats and 22 of the 25 Lok Sabha seats in the state of Andhra Pradesh. On May 30, 2019, he was sworn in as Chief Minister. His tenure as chief minister has been marked by a slew of welfare programmes, including Amma Vodi, which provides funds for mothers to educate their children.
