Park Seo-joon is a South Korean actor. He was the host of Music Bank from October 2013 until April 2015. In 2015, he had his breakthrough performances in the plays Kill Me, Heal Me, and She Was Pretty. Park appeared in the thriller The Chronicles of Evil the next year.
Park appeared with Go Ara and Park Hyung-sik in the 2016 youth historical drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.
Park and Kim Ji-won starred in the 2017 youth romance drama Fight for My Way, which was a box office triumph. In South Korea, the television series was a huge smash, with the highest ratings in its time slot.
In the same year, he co-starred with Kang Ha-neul in the action-comedy Midnight Runners, which was his first big-screen leading role. A major film award events such as the Grand Bell Awards and the Korean Association of Film Critics Awards, Park was named Best New Actor.
Park featured as a restaurant owner in JTBC’s drama Itaewon Class, based on the webtoon of the same name, in 2020. The drama was a hit, with audiences praising it for its engaging storyline and vibrant performers. He’ll also be seen in Lee Byeong-sports heon’s film Dream, in which he plays Yoon Hong-Dae, a soccer player turned coach.
Park joins the cast of The Marvels in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in June 2021 in an unknown role. On November 11, 2022, it will be launched.
