He has assisted Jamaica in setting three world marks in the 4 x 100 metre relay, the most recent of which was established in 2012 in 36.84 seconds. Bolt’s most successful event is the 200 metres, which he has won three Olympic championships and four World titles in. He had previously won several 200 m gold and owns the global under-20 and world under-18 records in the race. He made his international debut over 100 metres at the 2008 Olympics.
