According to Kim Kardashian, she gets just five hours of sleep a night and then wakes up at 5:30 in the morning to work out. Martha Stewart and Jack Dorsey are just two more examples of very successful individuals who don’t get much sleep. Sleep experts suggest receiving between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum cognitive efficiency and attractiveness.

The BlackBerry Bold is the phone that Kim Kardashian considers her “heart and soul,” although viewers of Keeping Up With the Kardashians may see her touch-typing on an iPhone throughout the show. In terms of physical activity, Kim works out with her trainer Melissa Alcantara six times a week for approximately sixty to ninety minutes per session. According to Melissa’s interview with Women’s Health magazine, “weight training makes up 85 percent of our program, and the remaining 15 percent comprises cardio.” In addition to this, Kim maintains her drive-by, meticulously organizing her daily activities.

According to what Melissa Alcantara, Kim’s trainer, told Life & Style magazine in May 2020, they spend a lot of time doing fundamental weight-training exercises together. Kim does chest exercises, overhead presses, bicep curls, tricep dips, renegade rows, and lat pulldowns to train her upper body muscles.
