Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT David Fincher?
David Fincher (born 28 August 1962) is an American film and music video director known for his elegant films, usually twisted towards the dark and atmospheric.
In 1992, Fincher debuted as director of feature films with Alien 3. The film had a troubled production, which was both critical and commercial. The experience has brought Fincher into the hands of large-scale film franchises, and his next film has been the relatively short thriller Se7en (1995), which consists of two detectives (played by Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt) looking for a serial murderer (played by Kevin Spacey) who is based on the seven deadly pitfalls of his killings. The moody Se7en gained good reviews and was the success of the box office, which made Fincher an up-and-coming Hollywood director. He then did The Game (1997). After he received a mysterious birthday present from his wicked brother, a financier (Michael Douglas) was caught in a dangerous game of cat and mouse (Sean Penn).
Fincher became known for his willingness to shoot a scene many times – sometimes over 50 shots even for a relatively small shot. His demanding nature has resulted in movies with great visual flair, including his 1999 work Fight Club (Pitt and Edward Norton), which focuses on a disaffected white-collar worker who establishes a number of underground organisations for combat. This film doubles as a sardonic exploration of masculinity and self-identity.
It was five years since the next film from Fincher, Zodiac (2007), recounted the killings of the Zodiac assassin and his ultimate futile attempt at capturing him. A noticeable departure from his previous films, Zodiac contains little of his characteristic dark colour, gloomy urban settings and distortive photo angles. Rather, the film is a stylish, tense procedure that recalls the classical paranoid “whodunits” of the 1970s.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), an addition to an F. Scott Fitzgerald short storey about a man (played by Pitt) ageing backwards, continued to broaden Fincher’s scope. Although not as widely acclaimed as Zodiac, the film won Fincher his first nomination for a top director for the Academy Award. He then directed The Social Network (2010), a portrait of the rise to power of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. The film was hailed by many criticisms as an analogue of Citizen Kane in the 21st century, and Fincher won Golden Globe’s best director and was nominated for the Academy Award.
In The girl with the dragon tattoo (2011), Fincher returned to focus on sordid crime, a sleek adaptation of Stieg Larsson’s bestselling novel to investigate an undecided murder. He then served as managing director of the political drama House of Cards (2013–2018), an episodic series created for Netflix, distributed via the online streaming-video service of the company. Fincher also directed the first two hour episodes of the programme and received an Emmy award for his work on the initial episode.
He then directed a broad screen adaptation to the mysterious circumstances surrounding the demise of a woman by author Gillian Flynn’s best selling thriller novel Gone Girl (2014). His next project was Mindhunter’s Netflix series (2017–), on the first FBI criminal profilers. Fincher conducted a number of episodes and worked as an executive producer. He then directed Mank (2020) to write the screenplay for the classic Citizen Kane, a biopic about Herman Mankiewicz. The film was critically applauded and Fincher was awarded his third Oscar nomination.
Music video, popular music promotional film, especially a rock song. In the early 1980s, music videos began to be broadcast on TV. Like the commercials, videos can be described as the quintessential postmodern art form: hybrid, parasite, appropriate, frequently compromised by trade or damaged by aesthetic pretension, ideally compact and assimilable.
Bands with the power of swinging it—the Beatles, first and foremost—were among the first to recognise the usefulness of the form as selling spots and as agitprop a decade later. They started replacing the film clips with personal televisions in the late 1960s and bands marginalised by conventional commercial outlets—first and foremost. But music videos did not become all-embracing until the advent of MTV (Music Television) in 1981, which made them an essential addition to the commercialization of a song. Their stylish foundation also came from the Beatles, via A Hard Day’s Night and Help!!, the director of which Richard Lester freed film-based song from a vague subordination to plot or context, just to replace silent film antics, a new function for celebrating an attitude.
