Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT DJ AFROJACK?

Nick van de Wall, better known by his stage name Afrojack, is a Dutch DJ and record producer who has found massive success around the world. In addition to co-writing or guesting on global hits by Beyoncé, David Guetta, and Pitbull, he has gained platinum certification for international singles like “Take Over Control” (with Eva Simons, 2010) and “The Spark” (with Spree Wilson, 2013).

In the early 2000s, he produced minimal electro-house instrumentals; by the early 2010s, he had inspired the moombahton subgenre and added pop, hip-hop, and R&B influences to his music. His true first studio album, Forget the World, was released in 2014 and featured appearances from Snoop Dogg and Sting. He has continued his prodigious output as Afrojack and NLW ever since, returning to a more underground style with 2018’s Press Play.

Van de Wall started out on the piano at a young age, but it wasn’t until he got his hands on a copy of Fruity Loops that he really began to experiment with samples and write his own music. After learning about the local club scene in Rotterdam, he started playing short DJ sets and eventually spent five months in the Mediterranean performing in various clubs and perfecting his craft. In 2007, he returned to his native Holland, where he signed with the independent Digidance label and released his breakthrough single, “In Your Face.” Since then, he has established his own record label, Wall Recordings, and has had club hits with the songs “Maybe” and “Drop Down (Do My Dance).

After his appearances at the Tomorrowland and Sensation dance festivals, as well as his work with David Guetta on his One Love album, Afrojack was asked to create new versions of Madonna’s “Revolver” and Lady Gaga’s “Alejandro” (“Toyfriend”). In 2010, he published Lost & Found, an album of rarities, which included nine unreleased tracks, and his first UK Top 40 triumph, “Take Over Control,” which he recorded with electro-pop vocalist Eva Simons. He collaborated with David Guetta and other musicians like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, and Pitbull to create the number one single “Give Me Everything” in 2011.

Afrojack’s rising stardom was confirmed during his 2012 tour of the United States. The tour featured stops at major music festivals like Ultra in Miami and Coachella in Indio, California. After that, he got a worldwide contract with Universal and Island/Def Jam, which sent the single “As Your Friend,” which featured Chris Brown, to the top of the charts around the world. Before the release of his 2014 album Forget the World, which included Snoop Dogg, Sting, and Wiz Khalifa, he released two more songs, “The Spark” (with Spree Wilson) and “Ten Feet Tall” (with Wrabel).

In 2015, van de Wall began releasing music under the name NLW in addition to his work as Afrojack. He also appeared in the 2016 documentary I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead, directed by Steve Aoki and nominated for a Grammy.

It was on his own label, Wall Recordings, that he dropped the club-oriented Press Play in 2018 with contributions from Brohug and Jewelz & Sparks. “Sober” was released in 2019 by Rae Sremmurd and Stanaj. In 2020, Afrojack released a single titled “All Night” featuring Fifth Harmony’s Ally Brooke as well as a track titled “1234” featuring Fedde Le Grand and MC Ambush.

Nick van de Wall, better known as Afrojack, must have had the planets aligned just so when he caught his first glimpse of success. Music has been his first and foremost interest ever since he was a young lad. At age 5, he first picked up a piano. The music of several styles helped Afrojack, a highly imaginative pupil, focus on his work. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that he quickly reversed his position and started making music instead of just listening to it.

At the tender age of 11, Afrojack purchases a piece of software named Fruity Loops. It’s clear that he has a lot of musical talent and passion at this point. He rapidly learned and grew fond of Fruity Loops, and it has since become his go-to music production software. Afrojack completes high school and immediately begins pursuing a career in music.

After losing his job, he finds part-time work in restaurants and bars to make ends meet. There is plenty of time for him to explore Rotterdam’s nightlife, beginning with his first trip to the legendary Las Palmas on his sixteenth birthday. After that, there were a lot of late-night club appearances, part-time employment, informal DJ sets for the fun of it, and hours spent in the studio.

In 2006, he goes to Crete (Greece) to hone his skills as a DJ and rack up his initial “flight hours” by playing at as many clubs as possible over the course of five months. He also had his first minor hit on the island of Crete. When he got back to the Netherlands, he was revved up and started cranking out tunes like crazy, eager to get his productions signed to a label. With the help of Sidney Samson and Laidback Luke, Digidance gives “Afrojack – In Your Face” a go, and the gamble pays off: the song climbed to #60 on the Dutch Top 100 and #3 on the Dutch dance chart as a result. I’d say it’s really good for a first-release, timer’s especially if they’re under 18.

In 2007, Nick adopts the stage moniker Afrojack in an effort to break through as a DJ and music producer. After a string of singles and remixes, he finally starts his own label called “Wall Recordings.” It’s unusual to spot Afrojack anywhere other than at his studio. Producing music is what he does when he’s not DJing, and it seems to be paying off. Josh Wink, Dave Clarke, Laidback Luke, Fedde Le Grand, Marco V, and Benny Rodrigues are just some of the international DJs who have started to show their support for his music.

Both “Math” and “Do My Dance,” two of his 2008 singles, are quickly picked up by the industry’s top record labels. Afrojack and the Partysquad collaborate on a remix of “Do My Dance” with new vocals, which they release as “Drop Down (Do My Dance)” a few weeks later. Top radio stations in the Netherlands have chosen this song as their “Tune of the Week” because of its immediate success in the top 20. Afrojack performs at a variety of prestigious festivals in his first year out. These include Mystery Land, Tomorrowland (Belgium), Extrema Outdoor, and Sensation.

It wasn’t until 2009 that Afrojack’s name became more well-known; by then, David Guetta had already acknowledged his talent. When they finally agreed to get together in a studio, the resulting song, “Toyfriend,” was born from their combined talents. Even though he was at the forefront of the Dutch new wave, his fame has spread far beyond the borders of the Netherlands; in 2010, he was one of the most sought-after DJ/producers worldwide.

Thanks to his unparalleled status as a producer, he is receiving remix requests that other DJs can only hope for. (‘Alejandro’ by Lady Gaga and ‘Revolver’ by Madonna are two such examples.) Pacha Ibiza, Ultra Music Festival in Miami, and Electric Daisy Carnival in Los Angeles are just a few of the illustrious stages he has graced.

Along his way to producer superstardom, Afrojack has worked with the likes of David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Diplo, Kid Cudi, Pitbull, and the Black Eyed Peas. In 2011, Afrojack and David Guetta collaborated on a remix of Madonna’s “Revolver,” which won a Grammy.

Afrojack has raised the bar for other producers. He is well-liked by clubgoers and admired by his DJ peers for his infectious productions and high-energy sets.
