The Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL) are the league’s southernmost team, with its headquarters in Sunrise, Florida. It’s been Bally Sports Florida’s job to broadcast all of the team’s home games in Florida since 1996, when it used to be Sports Channel and Fox Sports Florida, respectively. The majority of the Panthers’ players are split between the Greenville Swamp Rabbits of the Eastern Conference Hockey League and the Charlotte Checkers of the American Hockey League (ECHL).

1993–94 was the Panthers’ first season in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Panthers were the league’s most successful expansion team until the Golden Knights of Vegas shattered the record in 2017–18. First and only appearance in Stanley Cup Finals for the team occurred in 1996, however they lost to the Colorado Avalanche in the first round. Unfortunately, despite their recent success, the Florida Panthers have been ousted from the NHL (NHL). The Panthers have only made the Stanley Cup playoffs six times since 1996, and they haven’t won a single series during that time.

The Florida Panthers have used only three basic logos throughout their history to adequately identify themselves. From 1993 to 2009 and again from 2011 to 2016, they used a leaping panther as their emblem. Both times, this logo was utilised. A hockey stick split in half was added to this design for the 2009–10 season, although it was only used for those two seasons because it was only used for those two seasons.

During the presentation of the new Panthers logo for the 2016–17 season, the old one was changed, and it now serves only as an alternate logo. ‘Panthers’ appears above the current main logo, a shield with a panther head profile positioned beneath the text ‘Florida.’ A different take on the same image features the word “Panthers” printed atop a shield as an alternative. Since their inaugural season in 1993, the Carolina Panthers used the same jerseys.Florida Panthers Contact Address, Phone Number, Whatsapp Number, Fanmail Address, Email ID, Website 13

Instead of the jumping panther logo, which was put into red’s home shirt, the alternate palm tree logo was sewn onto both colours’ road shirts. The yoke was shaped like a triangle, and stripes ran diagonally over the shoulders to emphasise their triangular shape. Throughout the space, yellow and navy blue were used as accent colours.

In 1998, the Panthers introduced a navy alternate jersey with a front emblem depicting a leaping panther seizing two broken hockey sticks. The present navy suit finally took the place of this shirt, but the Panthers continued to play in the navy jersey for a long. Before the 2003–2004 season, when the red home uniform was replaced with the navy uniform, it was downgraded to the rank of an alternative. The red uniform had been the primary home outfit up to that time. Changing both sets of clothing also meant changing the crests.

When the Panthers made the switch to the Reebok Edge design template in 2007, the team’s jerseys changed as well. In addition to having additional piping, the blue and white uniforms had a larger sleeve stripe to set them out from the others. 2009 saw the Panthers introduce a blue alternate jersey. The roundel emblem displayed a panther’s head encircled by the team’s name in the middle of the new jersey.

The “FLA” symbol was placed on the shoulders rather than the breast, and the trim was powder blue rather than red. Prior to the 2011–12 season, the Panthers returned to their traditional red home colours after two seasons of navy. The Panthers’ home colours changed from red to navy during the course of this kit’s three seasons of use. It was also decided to get rid of the piping on the breasts altogether.

Pre-season preparation for the 2016–17 season saw the Panthers change their colour scheme from their traditional yellow to a flat gold hue. This was done to be ready for the upcoming season. When it came to the shield insignia, the red uniforms had the city name variant, whereas white outfits used the normal logo with the team name. On the shirt’s sleeves, a new image of a slithering panther and the Florida state flag has been added. To make a statement, the chest and sleeves of both outfits have a contrasting design of wide stripes.

As the official supplier, Adidas took over only in time for the 2017–18 season, and they made a point of maintaining the original basic design. Next season, the Panthers will wear a “Reverse Retro” alternate uniform, which is essentially the team’s original jersey in a different colour scheme. During the 2021–2022 season, this uniform will be worn. The Panthers used their old “leaping panther” uniforms from the 1990s for this game. Although the majority of the uniforms were yellow, this one had blue as its primary colour and flat gold trim instead of the more traditional yellow. According to the Panthers’ administration, Dale Tallon will take over as the team’s next general manager on May 17th, 2010.

Tallon was able to sign players like Steve Bernier, Michael Grabner, Marty Reasoner, Ryan Carter, and Sergei Samsonov for the team in 2010. Tallon also selected Erik Gudbranson, Nick Bjugstad, and Quinton Howden in the 2010 NHL draught. Nick Bjugstad and Quinton Howden were also purchased by him.

The Carolina Panthers traded Brian Campbell to the New Orleans Saints during the 2011 offseason. From 2011 to 2016, Campbell was listed on the Panthers’ roster as a member of the offensive line. On June 1, 2011, the Florida Panthers announced that Kevin Dineen would take over as head coach as the team’s eleventh coach. In the past, Dineen led the Portland Pirates of the AHL as their head coach (AHL).

It was part of an effort to rebrand the corporation that the team revealed a new red and navy blue uniform for home games. To further differentiate themselves from their rivals, the squad opted to replace the navy blue piping on their former road jersey with red on their new home jersey. As a result, the navy blue jersey was discontinued and replaced by the red home jersey. Scottie Upshall, Tomas Fleischmann, Sean Bergenheim, Marcel Goc, Matt Bradley, Ed Jovanovski, Jose Theodore, Kris Versteeg, Tomas Kopecky, and Brian Campbell all signed contracts with the team during the 2011 summer. During the 2011 off-season, Marcel Goc and Matt Bradley were both added to the roster.

Although the Panthers made a big number of extra deals and suffered more than 300 man-games worth of injuries over the season, they still managed to finish first in the Southeast Division For the first time in the team’s history, they made it to the playoffs. The Carolina Panthers beat the Carolina Hurricanes 4–1 on April 7, 2012, to win their first division title in team history. The Panthers became the first team in club history to achieve this feat with their victory.

A first-round loss to New Jersey’s devils knocked out the Panthers, who went on to win the Eastern Conference finals. In Game 7 of the first round, the Panthers were upset by the Devils in double overtime in their own arena. The Carolina Panthers’ season was cut short due to the NFL lockout in 2013, making it a disappointing year for the team. A number of Panthers players were sidelined by serious injuries as a result of their inability to reclaim their previous season’s form. Due to the Panthers’ dismal record, they’ve fallen to last place in the league rankings.Florida Panthers Contact Address, Phone Number, Whatsapp Number, Fanmail Address, Email ID, Website 15

The Carolina Panthers struggled mightily in 2013–14, and as a result, they finished 29th in the NFL standings. Kevin Dineen was replaced as head coach by Peter Horachek, who was brought in from another team after Dineen’s dismissal by the club. Panthers repurchased goaltender Roberto Luongo from the Vancouver Canucks before the trade deadline.

Afterward, the Panthers terminated the contract of Horachek and replaced him with Gerard Gallant, who had previously served as the head coach of the Columbus Blue Jackets. The team also received the first overall selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, which it utilised to choose Barrie Colts AHL affiliate defender Aaron Ekblad. During the late 2010s and early 2020s, Aleksander Barkov, the Panthers’ second-round 2013 NHL Draft choice, would go on to become the team’s captain and a star.
