Frances McDormand is an American actress who has been awarded the Academy Award for her film ‘Fargo.’ She is one of a Canadian couple’s three adoptive children and was born in Chicago, Illinois. She spent her early childhood in several small cities, like Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Her father served as a pastor for Christ’s followers before moving to Monessen. In a hit movie ‘Raising Arizona’ she co-starred with Holly Hunter and Nicolas Cage in 1987. In 1987, she played Willie Pipal’s role in seven episodes of Leg Work.
