Nita Ambani is a philanthropist from India. She is the chairman and creator of the Reliance Foundation, as well as a director of Reliance Industries and the Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Mukesh Ambani, the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries, is her husband.

The Swiss-based panel nominated Ambani as one of eight candidates for membership in the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on June 4, 2016. These new members were elected during the 129th IOC Session, which took place in the first week of August 2016.
The President of India awarded Ambani the ‘Rashtriya Khel Protsahan Award 2017’ for her efforts in grassroots sports. She was honoured by the Times of India with the title for Best Corporate Supporter of Indian Sports.
