Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT JAMES PACKER?

Packer is an Australian millionaire and business mogul. In addition to being a descendant of the late Sir Frank Packer, his parents are media mogul Kerry Packer and actress Roslyn Redman. He’s one of the wealthiest Australians there is. ‘The Financial Review Rich List’ ranked him as the thirteenth richest person in Australia in May 2019. In 2006 and 2007, he was Australia’s wealthiest person. His father, Consolidated Press Holdings Limited, died, and he became the sole owner of the company. Previously, he served as the executive chairman of Crown Resorts Limited, and he was the company’s chief operating officer.

He is the previous chairman of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited and Consolidated Media Holdings and has a number of other assets. His personal life has been a mess. He’s been depressed for a long time and has had three nervous breakdowns. He’s been romantically linked to a slew of high-profile ladies, including Mariah Carey.

On September 8th, 1967, James Packer was born in Sydney, Australia. He is the son of the late media mogul Kerry Packer and the philanthropist Roslyn Redman Packer. Australian Consolidated Press and Nine Network owner Sir Frank Packer was his paternal great-grandfather. Gretel Packer, a well-known Australian philanthropist, is his sister.

Cranbrook School in Bellevue Hill in Sydney and Tudor House School in Moss Vale in New South Wales were the two schools he attended. In the Northern Territory’s Barkly Tableland, he got his first job out of high school working as a jackaroo on his father’s vast Newcastle Waters property.

As a young man, James Packer worked on the ranch of his father as a trainee. Because of his father’s belief that working at the company would help him gain perspective and focus, he decided to enroll him in college.

His father sent him to London to study under the tutelage of turnaround management expert Albert J. Dunlap after he’d spent a few years grazing cattle. While in London, he also worked for a short time at the NM Rothschild investment firm before returning to Sydney and joining Consolidated Press’ advertising department. Packer’s life path was predestined because he was born into riches and power. People looked to him to carry on his father’s commercial acumen.

Taking over the reins of both the Packer-owned Nine Network and Australian Consolidated Press in 1994, James became their director and chief executive officer, respectively. His father, Kerry Packer, promoted him to executive chairman of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (PBS) after he spent four years learning the ropes of operating a conglomerate.

PBL took a large share in One Tel in 1999. Before the company collapsed in 2001, James encouraged his father to support his ideas, which led to the company becoming Australia’s fourth largest telecoms company. The loss of A$327 million in Publishing and Broadcasting Limited funds drew widespread condemnation, and his father lost faith in his financial ability. Online classified advertisements, he reasoned, offered room for expansion in 2003. In August, he paid A$33 million for a 25% share in ‘SEEK.’

He encouraged his family’s magazine firm, the Australian Consolidated Press (ACP), to invest in online advertising Carsales.com after seeing that his investment in “SEEK” was paying off. By the end of October of that year, the ACP had bought a 41% share in the company. In the end, he made $440 million by selling his part in ‘SEEK.’ His father Kerry Packer died on December 26, 2005, and he was given management of his family’s publishing and broadcasting enterprise Publishing and Broadcasting Company.

By 2006, he was ready to come out from under the shadow of his father’s business. He predicted that the media landscape would undergo a significant transformation as a result of the internet’s arrival and the changes it brought to the world.

A private equity firm called CVC Asia Pacific agreed to buy half of his media holdings, including a 50% investment in the website “Ninemsn” and a 51% stake in Carsales, for a total of A$4.5 billion, as well as an additional A$1 billion of ownership in the new company, to be called PBL Media.

The CVC group bought 25% of his PBL Media shares for $515 million in June 2007, and he wrote down his remaining 25% stake in PBL Media to zero by the end of 2008. With Brett Ratner, he co-founded Ratpac Entertainment, which made its debut with the space thriller ‘Gravity’ in 2013.

It was clear to James Packer that he wanted to move away from the media sector and into the gaming and entertainment industry. Crown Resorts Limited was to be his global gambling conglomerate. Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (PBL) was split into two separate corporations in 2007 to become Crown. Crown Resorts was founded with one part of the money and the remaining assets were retained by Consolidated Media Holdings.

In the casino and tourist industry, Crown was his primary emphasis. Crown Resorts owns and operates high-end casinos and entertainment venues in London, Melbourne, and Perth that are part of their integrated resorts and casinos in Australia and Macau.

The gambling and entertainment business has been transformed thanks to Crown Resorts. With approximately 2,750 rooms, resort pools, casino halls, villas, high-end restaurants, convention centers, and performance venues spread across acres of land, Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth are luxurious entertainment complexes. By October 2017, Crown Resorts had a market valuation of more than $8 billion. James sought to enter the Las Vegas gaming sector, but other investors pulled their financing from the Fontainebleau Resorts, resulting in a loss of $250 million. Gateway Casinos, Harrah’s Entertainment, and Station Casinos all suffered losses totaling $547.5 million within the same time period.

Over 31 million people visit Crown’s Australian sites in Perth and Melbourne each year. As many as one-third of the country’s 2016 tax revenues were generated by visitors from Asian countries. More than $4 billion has been spent by Crown to open new attractions.

The Crown Sydney Hotel Resort, which cost A$2billion to build, is expected to open by the end of 2020. Betfair Australasia, a joint venture between Crown Resorts and Betfair Group plc, was launched in Australia and New Zealand. By August 2014, Crown had purchased a 50% stake in Betfair Australasia for $10 million.

In addition, Crown Resorts owns a 50% stake in the UK casino complex ‘Aspers.’ Crown Resorts and Matthew Tripp struck a contract in 2014, and Packer took ownership of BetEasy and rebranded it CrownBet. The NSW Department of Justice found CrownBet guilty of five counts of breaking the law after a lengthy investigation.

Packer resigned as executive chairman of Crown Resorts on March 21, 2018, due to severe health difficulties. When it comes to his commercial skills or his personal woes, James Packer has always been in the spotlight. Kate Fischer, an actress, was formerly engaged to him. The pair divorced in 1998 after a two-year engagement.

In his Bellevue Hill mansion, he married model and television star Jodhi Meares in 1999. Their relationship lasted for only two years before they decided to call it quits in 2002. Tom Cruise brought James Packer to Scientology after Packer’s first marriage ended in divorce. As of 2002, he was a regular attendee at the Australian Church of Scientology and was enrolled in classes there as well. At one point, he said that the Church of Scientology had been a comfort to him. His enthusiasm, on the other hand, was short-lived.

In 2007, he married Erica Baxter, a model and singer. In Antibes, France, they had their first wedding ceremony in the town hall and their second at the Hotel Du Cap in Cap d’Antibes. Indigo, Jackson Lloyd, and Emmanuelle Sheelah are their three children. After a slew of reports surfaced tying Packer to Charlotte Kirk, the couple divorced in 2013. In spite of this, Erica and Packer are still friendly.
