Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT KARTHI.
Karthi was given the name Karthik Sivakumar on the day of his birth, May 25, 1977, in Madras, now known as Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan and St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai were where he finished his elementary and secondary schooling, respectively. He studied mechanical engineering at Crescent Engineering College in Chennai and earned a bachelor’s degree.
After completing his undergraduate degree, he found employment as an engineering consultant in Chennai and pondered continuing his education elsewhere. “Although I made around 5000 per month, I found the labor quite repetitive. In a subsequent interview, he said, “I should do something more.”Karthi could continue his education in the United States because of a scholarship he was awarded. He attended Binghamton University in New York and received a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering there.
While working on his master’s degree, he also participated in several optional filmmaking classes. Karthi maintained a career as a graphic designer in New York City temporarily. Following that, he decided to embark on a career in filmmaking, and he enrolled in two foundational filmmaking classes at the State University of New York. He shared his thoughts by saying, “I always knew I wanted to be in films, but I did not know exactly what I wanted to do.” I was a huge movie fan, and I watched many of them.
However, my father recommended that I receive a solid education before entering the motion picture production field. Karthi wanted to become a film director and preferred directing to acting, although he did appear as an extra in Aayutha Ezhuthu. When he returned to Chennai, he met director Mani Ratnam and received the opportunity to work as an assistant director in Aayutha Ezhuthu. He did this because he wanted to become a film director and preferred directing to acting. He continued to obtain opportunities to work, and his father persuaded him to pursue that career path by reminding him, “…one can always direct films, but one will not get a chance to act once you grow older.”
In April 2005, he agreed to take on his first acting role with Priyamani, where he would play the female protagonist. After being contacted by filmmaker Ameer to portray the eponymous role in Paruthiveeran, he gladly accepted the opportunity since the film was “…so compelling.”Production of the movie began in July 2005 but was plagued by financial issues and came dangerously close to being canceled by the middle of 2006. It was first made available to the public in January 2007 and quickly achieved commercial success after receiving positive reviews.
Karthi’s performance as a thoughtless rural thug garnered universal acclaim from the reviewers. According to Behindwoods, “He has eliminated all traces of sophistication in his body language and even handles the sickle with the utmost ease.” He gives off the impression of being a young guy with a fiery temper who hails from a rural area in Tamil Nadu, yet in the love parts, he seems more experienced. It’s possible that those who aren’t well-informed won’t believe that this young guy is making his debut on the big screen.
Be on the lookout for this individual… “It’s hard to believe that it is Karthi’s debut film as he is just spectacular,” observed Sify. Because his facial emotions, including wrath, laughter, and agony, are all so genuine, you can almost feel the fire that burns inside him. Rediff referred to his performance as “excellent” and “… one of the top performances of 2007. “Karthi was honored with several honors, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actor in Tamil. Among these awards was Karthi’s win.
Idhu Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam would be a romantic film, and Sandhya was slated to play the prominent role. Karthi signed on to star in the movie in October 2006, making it Selvaraghavan’s second project for him to helm. The character of Karthi was described as a “… sophisticated upmarket stylish guy… ” in the show. In July 2007, Selvaraghavan revealed he would produce an action-adventure film named Aayirathil Oruvan, with Karthi playing the prominent role. Selvaraghavan had previously abandoned the project.
Later that year, filming started, and it was anticipated to be finished in February of the following year. It was initially scheduled to be released in the middle of 2008, but production issues caused a delay, and the shooting didn’t wrap up until the beginning of 2009. In September 2007, he committed to playing the leading role in the upcoming movie Paiyaa, directed by Linguswamy. Paiyaa had to be rescheduled many times due to the sluggish pace that Aayirathil Oruvan was making.

He subsequently said that he grew nervous because he had had multiple film offers, but he could not work on them since he needed to keep the consistency of his appearance. When Karthi was shooting Aayirathil Oruvan, producer R. Ravindran voiced his concern that the actor was attempting to alter his appearance and go on to Paiyaa before completing his obligations.
The album Paiyaa by Linguswamy was released in April 2010. It was a huge commercial success, a film about a love road journey with an album by Yuvan Shankar Raja. In this performance, he took on the role of a person living in a city for the first time. He said that the reason he agreed to participate in the movie was because he longed for the opportunity to portray a hipster.
Karthi received more nominations in the Best Actor category for his work in the films Aayirathil Oruvan and Paiyaa, which were presented at the 58th Annual Filmfare Awards South. Both film versions were a commercial success when dubbed into Telugu and given the names Yuganiki Okkadu and Aawara, respectively. Karthi’s third film of 2010 was the action thriller Naan Mahaan Alla, directed by Suseenthiran. In this film, he portrayed a young man from Chennai’s middle class whose life is turned upside down when his father becomes the target of a group of assassins.
Rediff said, “Karthi has simply had a ball…” and, “It’s been a long time since you saw an actor who can be as convincing in sadness and rage as they are in happiness.”The Telugu version of Naan Mahaan Alla, titled Naa Peru Shiva, was released in 2011. The film was a huge hit, and its popularity led to Karthi receiving offers to star in Telugu movies. In May 2011, Karthi started working on the political comedy film Saguni, which was directed by Shankar Dayal and featured him as one of many supporting players in an ensemble cast.
In the movie, he portrayed the role of Kamalakannan, a peasant who moves to the city to prevent a politician’s personal gain from destroying his majestic mansion in Karaikudi. Unbeknownst to him, he turns into a kingmaker in the politics of Tamil Nadu during his time in the city. The film debuted to conflicting reactions from the film’s reviewers and did poorly at the box office. Karthi first dubbed his voice for the Telugu version of Saguni (2012), and he has continued to do so for the Telugu dubbed versions of all of his films since then.
Later, he featured alongside Anushka Shetty in the 2013 Pongal release Alex Pandian, which opened to dismal reviews upon its first release. Karthi is the second child actor Sivakumar, and his wife Lakshmi had together. Karthi’s older brother, Suriya, was already a well-known actor at the time of Karthi’s start in the film industry. Karthi’s younger sister, Brindha, is also active in the Tamil film industry as a singer. He has two siblings. Actress Jyothika, who works in Tamil cinema, is Karthi’s sister-in-law.
Karthi Chinnasamy, who earned her master’s degree in English literature from Stella Maris College in Chennai, became Karthi’s wife on July 3, 2011, and the ceremony occurred in Chennai. They decided to be married per traditional Kongu customs at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex in Coimbatore. The engagement ceremony took place on April 29, 2011, in Ranjani’s hometown of Goundampalayam, in the Erode district. The wedding was planned and coordinated by the more experienced family members. They raised a daughter and a boy as their children together.
Karthi has been active in several different charitable organizations and community service projects. On his 31st birthday, he launched the Makkal Nala Mandram to inspire his fanbase members to engage in philanthropic endeavors. During the occasion, Karthi gave blood, bicycles to persons with disabilities, sewing machines to women, and backpacks to children. She also gave school bags to the attendees. He sent a check for 50,000 to YRG Care Centre, an organization that assists children afflicted with AIDS.
Karthi became an ambassador for the Lysosomal Storage Disease Foundation in 2011 to increase public awareness of the condition. In addition, he had given 72,000 rupees for the protection and upkeep of a white tiger cub that he had adopted from the Vandalur Zoo. On his birthdays, Karthi visits orphans and gives monetary donations to the institutions. He told Indiaglitz, “Whenever I come across people in need, I make it a point to go and assist them.”
Karthi, a celebrity in the South Indian cinema industry, has had tremendous success with each of his most recent films Viruman,” “Ponniyin Selvan,” and “Sardar”—at the box office. The actor is preparing for the release of the second chapter of Ponniyin Selvan, and he is also currently filming for his 25th film, titled “Japan.” Raju Murugan is the film’s director, and Anu Emmanuel will star opposite the actor in the movie.
“Kaithi,” released in 2019 and a massive hit upon its first release, is one of Karthi’s most well-liked films. It was also recently adapted in Hindi as ‘Bholaa’ with Ajay Devgn as the lead actor. The movie ‘Kaithi’ is a part of the cinematic universe created by filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, which fans often call the LCU. Both ‘Vikram,’ released the year before last, and ‘Leo,’ which will be released this year, are set in the same world. ‘Vikram’ stars Kamal Haasan, while ‘Leo’ will star Thalapathy Vijay.
It was reported in a report published the previous year that Karthi will shortly begin working on ‘Kaithi 2’ and move the LCU ahead. However, ETimes has now published a significant new update. The ‘Kaithi’ sequel would have to be delayed for the time being, according to a source close to Karthi who spoke to us about the matter. According to the information provided by our source, Karthi is now committed to three films.
