Mackenzie Frances Ziegler is an American singer, dancer, actor, and model who was born on June 4, 2004. She rose to prominence as a kid after co-starring with her elder sister, dancer and actress Maddie Ziegler, in the Lifetime reality dance series Dance Moms for six years.
Mack Z, Ziegler’s first studio album, was released in 2014, and Phases, her second studio album, was published in 2018. She has also modelled for labels such as Polo Ralph Lauren and others.

After a 2009 bankruptcy, her parents split when she was six years old. In 2013, her mother remarried Greg Gisoni. Maddie, Ziegler’s older sister, is a dancer and actor, and he has two elder paternal half-brothers, Ryan and Tyler, as well as two older step-siblings, Matthew and Michelle. At the age of two, she began dancing at the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh. She won titles in dance competitions with the company.
