Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT New Orleans Pelicans?

A professional basketball club headquartered in New Orleans, the New Orleans Pelicans compete in the Western Conference of the NBA (NBA).

The Pelicans were originally known as the Hornets when they were created in 1988 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Point guard Muggsy Bogues and sniper Dell Curry were both 5-foot 3-inch (1.60-metre) players, but they were only able to win a few games. When Larry Johnson and Alonzo Mourning were selected by Charlotte in the 1991–92 NBA draught, the team made its maiden playoff appearance and won a postseason series for the first time in its history. Hornets made the playoffs three times, but never made it past the second round, from 1990 to 1993

In the 1999–2000 season, the Hornets began a five-year run of postseason appearances, but they were unable to advance past the first round in any of those years. Because of George Shinn, who had to defend himself in a nationally broadcast civil trial on a sexual assault charge shortly after fighting for a new, more profitable, publicly-funded stadium, the Hornets’ game attendance numbers were among the lowest in the league (he was acquitted). After Charlotte voters rejected Shinn’s final attempt to build a new arena, the franchise relocated to New Orleans in 2002.

Hornets relocated to Oklahoma City for 2005–06 and 2006–07 seasons after Hurricane Katrina damaged their home arena in New Orleans after just three seasons. When the team returned to New Orleans for the 2007–08 season, they surprised everyone by posting a 56–26 record and winning their first division championship in franchise history.

Chris Paul and David West led the Hornets to the conference semi-finals that season, but they lost in a seven-game thriller. The NBA purchased the team in 2010 after Shinn’s financial woes compelled him to sell the team, but no viable buyer was found.

NBA Commissioner David Stern controversially blocked a previously proposed transfer of Paul to the dominant Los Angeles Lakers, and in 2012 the Hornets were sold to New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson. Hornets (a reference to the “hornet’s nest” of American rebels in Charlotte during the Revolutionary War) became Pelicans in 2013 as a way to connect the franchise to its hometown.

After winning the 2012 NBA draught lottery, the New Orleans Pelicans selected Anthony Davis, a forward/center, with the first overall pick. Davis guided the squad back to the playoffs in the 2014–15 season after taking the league by storm. This year’s Pelicans finished 30–52 after losing in the first round of the playoffs in 2015–16 due to an abundance of injuries.

This season, the New Orleans Pelicans made it to the playoffs, where they won their first postseason series of the Davis era before being knocked out of the second round. A disgruntled Davis requested a trade from New Orleans during the 2018–19 season, citing the team’s inability to develop a long-term winning culture around him. Pelicans finished with a 33–49 record as a result of the team’s off-court controversy, which had an impact on their on-court play.

It was in the early years of the 21st century that Chris Paul became one of the NBA’s most prominent stars. He was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on May 6, 1985, and is known by his nickname, CP3. One of basketball’s most cherished myths, the pure point guard, has been debunked by Paul’s career.

It is said that the pure point is a selfless, endlessly smart player who lives just to set up teammates to score. Paul was the best playmaker the NBA had ever seen, maneuvering around his teammates and opponents like a master chess player while making passes that eluded comprehension. Both from the perimeter and from within the half-court, he scored at a rate that was unmatched by any other player in the league.

At 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall, Paul was thought too tiny to play football as a freshman, but he decided to remain with basketball in high school, even though he was regarded too short to participate. When he went to Wake Forest University to play collegiate basketball, Paul was 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall and regarded as one of the best prospects in the nation. While at Wake, Paul displayed a fiery competitive streak that could get him into hot water with referees.

in 2005, Paul announced his intention to play for an NBA team and was picked fourth overall by New Orleans. He was virtually unanimously named Rookie of the Year, and more importantly, he established himself as a leader as a rookie. Hurricane Katrina forced the Hornets to play their home games at arenas in the American South, mainly in Oklahoma City, during his first professional season. As a result, Paul became something of a New Orleans ambassador during a less-than-ideal season.
