He came up with the concept for what is now known as the Nutpig Channel. While the name of the channel was creative, it was sometimes the subject of mockery from classmates. At the age of 13, he decided to give it the name Tom. Then he started locking away his videos online.

The next year, he began broadcasting on Twitch. He finally started making consistent Twitch broadcasts toward the end of 2018. He broadcast games like Fortnite, PUBG, and Hypixel (mostly Bed Wars). Meetings open to the general public.

He launched TommyInnit on December 24, 2015, but didn’t start uploading content consistently until 2019. He made his first video, named “Spamming Lobby Guide,” and released it on YouTube on September 9, 2018. He previously claimed that ChannelNutpig created the TommyInnit account as an alternative. By the start of 2019, Tommy was streaming as a Twitch affiliate. At the time, the majority of his followers were influential hypixel users.

On August 6, 2019, Tommy first released his Hypixel Skyblock cllips. His channel used to feature video skits, but now he publishes curated book collections. With a rise from 4.8k to 66,000 in just 2 months, he immediately became one of YouTube’s fastest rising stars. More than 593 thousand people are currently registered users.

Three months after releasing Hypixel Skyblock, TommyInnit switched to releasing more generic content on Minecraft. Soon after, he was accepted into SMPEarth, a private SMP backed by a powerful network of influential people. There was also TommyInnit in Skeppy’s SMP and in another SMP. Up until the season 2 finale, he also appeared in the show Blockworth.

Tommy is on the A-team at both SMP and L’Manburg. Tommy has turned some of his biggest sources of income, namely his videos for Dream Team SMP, into hits on YouTube. YouTube ranked Tommy on Hypixel in September of 2019.

In some of TommyInnit’s videos, he may be seen playing Minecraft while hacking. He produced a film that briefly displayed The Archon server. Tommy has a number of co-plays, including Tubbo, TimeDeo, Pigicial, Badlinu, and RudyInnit.

Tommy has not one but two other popular channels on the video-sharing platform: TommyOutit and TommyVODS.

TommyOutit primarily presents selected highlights from its feed (similar to TommyInnit). Once upon a time, Tommy had uploaded films from the Blockworth series to his channel, but he has since privatized or deleted them. TommyVODS broadcasts both its VODS and raw Twitch streams (videos on demand).

Tommy broadcast “lobby spamming” in 2018 on his Twitch channel to attract more viewers to his live feeds. Players will often enter a Hypixel lobby and spam it with links to streams and clickbait in the form of fake presents. Tommy and his pal Freddie (also known as his pseudonym Badlinu) created chat macros to assist them in lobby spamming.

At the year’s conclusion, Tommy inquired of a server worker as to whether or not spam lobbying was allowed on the site, and the worker confirmed that it was. In December of 2018, a server worker muted TommyInnit for 7 days. When Tommy didn’t say anything, the wait staff continued with their insults. Tommy’s use of spam macros was uncovered by the employees over time. Tommy was completely outcast after that.

However, after being banned, Tommy revealed that server staff had told him spamming was okay and that they had reported the rude remark. An official at Hypixel saw that Tommy’s appeal had grown excessive and reinstated his membership. However, Tommy did not say a word. He honed his editing skills for a long time. Since Tommy had played video skywars, he was denied access to the Vape Client on June 26th, 2019. (handcam). Even though Tommy insisted that the movie was parody, the administrators of Hypixel banned him for 30 days due to cheating.

It was on April 27, 2020, when people in the hypixel forums realized that Hypixel’s YouTube ranking policy had been violated because of his video and I installing 13 customers hijacked by Minecraft. Campaigning against him started off immediately. Later, during a stream, Tommy revealed that Simon, the owner of Hypixel, said that Tommy’s video was okay to post because it didn’t start a hacking trend. Tommy has since made several hacking videos, all of which are completely legal.

In December of 2019, Tommy’s school found his gaming channel on YouTube. Tommy claims that one of his teachers showed one of his videos on the classroom’s rear projection screen.

In 2018, Eryn, a classmate of Tommy’s, sister found out about his Minecraft videos and began threatening him, saying she would tell everyone. In April of 2020, Tommy will reflect on the bullying he endured in school and why he now supports the #SchoolIsOverParty movement. He tweets insightful observations on drugs and women. Many gaming-related conflicts drew him in. He’s collaborated with Pigicial and Badlinu, two of his coworkers, and competed in several Minecraft competitions.

His real name is Thomas Simons. The details of his private life, including his family, are mostly unknown. However, his classmates frequently teased him over the channel’s unusual moniker. So, when he was thirteen, he started calling it Tom. After that he started locking down his films. After waiting a year, he finally joined Twitch and began streaming.
