Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT ANANDMURTI GURUMAA.
Gurpreet Kaur Grover, who would later become Anandmurti Gurumaa, was born on April 8, 1966, in Amritsar, Punjab, India. She is a graduate of an arts program at a convent and a master of life and beyond. Since school, she has acted as a teacher and a guide to those close to her. “A rose is born rose, not done anything to be a rose,” she explains. “A rose is not made to be a rose.” Her home was a magnet for individuals at all stages of their spiritual development.
It did not come as a shock to her family when, at the age of fifteen, she embarked on a pilgrimage and was met by many fans and people looking for answers. She moved about a lot when she was younger, but by the time she was twenty-four, she had found a home in a hermitage in Rishikesh. But word quickly spread about her work, and she is now in Gannaur, near Sonepat, Haryana.
Where she makes herself accessible to her followers throughout the year and where several different residential programs are held. Her ashram is a lovely spot that combines natural splendor with plenty of open space, making it an ideal location for spiritual growth and development. Her family moved to India from Gujranwala, Pakistan, in 1947, when the country was partitioned, and her father established a successful transport company there. She is the second of her family’s four children, with one boy and three daughters, and she comes from a wealthy family.
Her actual name was Gurpreet Kaur Grover. She began her education in a convent and continued it at the Government College for Women, where she earned an education in the arts. At 15, she already had a greater interest in religion than in any other topic she could study. She listened to sermons delivered by various pious leaders until she came into contact with Sant Delawar Singh, who bestowed upon her the diksha and the name Anand Murti Guruma.
Early in his childhood, Anandmurti Gurumaa showed exceptional indicators of someone who would later become a mystic. Even in the comfort of her own house, mystics and wise men bestowed their blessings on her from the very beginning. Gurumaa began to astound everyone around her, including her instructors at school and other people, with the sharpness of her intellect and the depth of her insights into spirituality at a young age. She did this as early as the age of nine.
The fact that a youngster of her age could pose such inquiries astonished the people around her. Gurumaa was educated in a women’s religious institution called a convent. While in high school, she attended a lecture on moral philosophy given by a missionary who had stopped by her institution. Gurumaa got to his feet and questioned the evangelist, “Who is God?” Have you encountered His presence in your life? Do you get your information about God from the Bible, or do the things you say come from your own experience? Instead of providing answers to her queries, the missionary proceeded to speak with the Principal.

When Gurumaa and her parents were summoned to the school principal’s office, the missionary asked that their daughter, who had the outstanding ability, be educated so that she might preach the word of Christ. Gurumaa always had a unique connection and reverence for the seers, even at a young age. She would take notes on what they were saying and then quiz them on various topics. They would gladly respond to her questions since they knew she was not asking out of simple curiosity. Gurumaa was another person who began composing poetry at a young age.
These lyrical lyrics well expressed her innermost feelings. These are the pure sacrifices she makes to the divine, seen in this tradition as the Beloved and sometimes as Friend. Even though she was still attending school, Gurumaa had already started delivering satsang in her unique style. She would hastily go to the location where she would give her satsang as soon as school let out for the day. People were attracted to her and made every effort to participate in that Amrit Varsha. They were drawn to her.
Anandmurti Gurumaa, more affectionately known as Gurumaa, is a cutting-edge spiritualist who operates out of India. In addition to being a yogini of the modern day, she is also a mystic, a Vedantist, a poet, a rationalist, a visionary, and a metaphysicist. Love and understanding come together in perfect harmony in Gurumaa. She has been directing people away from the dark bonds of ignorance and towards the brilliance of freeing knowledge out of a pure and selfless act of compassion, the greatest gift ever given to another person.
She has published multiple books of wisdom, presented extremely in-depth and eloquent speeches on several sages from various backgrounds, and created an extensive array of meditation techniques to support the progress of all people looking to explore inside themselves. The names Buddha, Kabir, Sikh Gurus, Zen masters, Meerabai, and Sahajobai are only a few of the many spiritual figures included in this list. Her talks, meditation retreats, and workshops are sometimes offered in a variety of locations across the world, and they are available to anybody interested in attending.
As soon as she consented to do an interview, the first thing she did was make it clear that she would not answer any “political questions.” And yet, in response to a question on “intolerance,” the Amritsar-born spiritual guru, who preaches Sufism as much as the Upanishads, said that she only too well remembers the killing of Sikhs in 1984 and how Kashmiri Pundits were forced to flee their home state. She added that she preaches Sufism as much as the Upanishads (in the face of terrorism). “Intolerance is the result of concerted efforts. I have intimate experience with the suffering inflicted upon Sikhs and Kashmiri Pundits. Nobody back then mentioned intolerance, nor did they give back any awards.
This year, with the grace of God and in response to the prayers of lovers and devotees, Gurumaa’s enlightening discourses, which are aptly named “Amrit Varsha,” will be held in Chandigarh from the 15th to the 18th of November, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Ground near Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 40 B, Chandigarh. Anandmurti Gurumaa is a modern master who has enlightened the world with Her profound words of knowledge. She is a seer who has provided the world with a fresh viewpoint from which to consider life and living.
Sutras that are easy to understand and implement are included in her teachings. These sutras provide the groundwork for illuminating consciousness and reawakening awareness, and they encapsulate a balanced approach to a holistic life. Instructions that are clear and straightforward, like those given by Gurumaa, are precious in the context of the current situation because they make it possible for people living in the modern era to integrate their inner wisdom into the activities and relationships of their daily lives in a way that is both effective and potent, thereby enabling them to live happier, more meaningful lives.
Her erudite talks not only feature clear explanations of the teachings of various sages from various backgrounds but also include socially significant concerns, creative living, and the yogic way of life. Rishi Chaitanya Ashram, situated in Gannaur in the Sonipat region of Haryana, has been relentlessly working since 1998 for the spiritual elevation of individuals from all walks of life and all over the globe. This activity is overseen by Gurumaa, known for providing active direction.
In addition to meditation retreats, other types of retreats, such as yoga retreats, health retreats and camps, annual youth retreats, and Vedanta retreats, are also organized. These retreats allow devotees to learn and grow in the presence of the master who organized the retreat. Even though Gurumaa’s youth was steeped in spirituality, this is not the only aspect of her life to which she can be attributed. Her unbounded compassion resulted in the creation of Mission Shakti, which aims to improve the lives of disadvantaged girl children throughout India by empowering and educating them.
To this day, more than 24,000 young women have benefited monetarily from Shakti’s programs. Due to her uncommon combination of unbounded knowledge and boundless compassion, She is known by the term “Gurumaa,” which is the appellation that most appropriately reflects this cherished teacher.
