It is widely accepted that Luke Bryan is one of the best songwriters and vocalists of his generation. At some point in the mid-2000s, Bryan launched his musical career and quickly became a well-known personality in the industry. When Luke became 19 years old, he was supposed to move to Nashville after graduating high school. On the other side, the death of Chris, his older brother, devastated his family. Instead of forsaking his family, Bryan enrolled in Georgia Southern University’s Statesboro campus instead. He was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity at the time of his graduation from college. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in business administration in 1999. In 2007, Bryan’s father had pushed him to pursue a career in music, and he had decided to follow his father’s lead. A publishing company was the first place Bryan went to work after arriving in Nashville. The title track of Travis Tritt’s 2004 album, “My Honky Tonk History,” was composed especially for him.

Shortly after his arrival in Nashville, Bryan signed a recording deal with the Nashville-based label “Capitol Nashville.” The song “Good Directions,” by Billy Currington, was written with his assistance during this time period. Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart rated the song at the top of the list in 2007.

Bryan’s debut hit, “All My Friends Say,” was co-written by him and producer Jeff Stevens. On the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, it peaked at number five. Bryan’s debut studio album, ‘I’ll Stay Me,’ featured the song “I’ll Stay Me,” which had been a hit record for him. The second song from the album, “We Rode in Trucks,” debuted at number 33 on the charts, while the third single, “Country Man,” peaked at number 10.

Bryan’s EP, ‘Spring Break with All My Buddies,’ which he and his friends wrote, was released on March 10th, 2009. “Sorority Girls” and “Take My Drunk Ass Home” were two new songs on the EP. Only two of the 14 tracks on Bryan’s debut compilation album, ‘Spring Break…Here to Party,’ were new to him at the time of its publication in January 2013. All 12 tracks from previous “Spring Break” EPs were used to complete the collection. ‘Billboard 200’ and ‘Top Country Albums’ lists, making it his first all-genre album to debut at number one.

To date, Crash My Party has sold over a million copies and is Bryan’s first platinum-certified album. The title tune from the album landed at number one on the ‘Country Airplay’ chart in July of that year. They climbed to the top of the “Hot Country Songs” and “Country Airplay” charts with their second single, “That’s My Kind of Night.” “Drink a Beer,” the band’s third and fourth songs, both reached the top of the Hot 100 and the Billboard Hot 100, respectively, just like their predecessors. Their fifth and sixth singles, “That Is How We Roll” and “I See You,” were both commercial hits for the band.

Spring Break 6…Like We Ain’t Ever, Bryan’s sixth EP, was released in March of this year and features original songs. Spring Break…Checking Out’ was the name of his most recent ‘Spring Break’ EP, which was released in March of this year. On the EP, there were six songs from the previous year’s EP, as well as five new ones.

In May 2015, Bryan released his fifth studio album, ‘Kill the Lights,’ which is his most current. The album opened at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, beating out Dr. Dre’s ‘Compton,’ which debuted at number 2.
