Today I will tell you about HOW TO CONTACT Pittsburgh Penguins?

A professional ice hockey team from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Penguins have five Stanley Cup championships to their name (1991, 1992, 2009, 2016, and 2017).

NHL expansion brought about the Penguins, who got their moniker from Mellon Arena’s igloo-like look. The Penguins played at Mellon until the 2009–10 season. The Penguins were a consistent playoff team in the late 1980s because of the additions made through the draught and trades. They won the Stanley Cup in consecutive years from 1991 to 1992 thanks to the signing of right-wing Jaromir Jagr.

After being diagnosed with Hodgkin disease in 1993, club captain Mario Lemieux returned to the squad in 1995–96, leading the league in goals while also returning to the lineup after an absence of a year. Jagr took over as team captain after Lemieux retired in 1997 and went on to win the scoring title four straight seasons (from 1997–98 to 2000–01).

As a result of the team’s financial troubles, the Penguins declared bankruptcy in 1998. Following the season, Lemieux repaid the team for unpaid wages by turning them into shares and becoming a co-owner. In 2000, he came out of retirement to become the NHL’s first player-owner, but he did so just for the remainder of the 2005–06 season before returning to the league.

With the selection of Sidney Crosby in 2005, the Penguins entered a new era. Crosby went on to be the league’s leading scorer in 2006–07 and was named the league’s youngest-ever captain at the age of 19. They went to the Stanley Cup finals in 2007–08, when they were defeated by the Detroit Red Wings with the help of Crosby and second-year standout Evgeni Malkin. The next year, Malkin was the league’s leading scorer, with Crosby coming in second. After finishing fourth in their division, that year’s Penguins reached the Stanley Cup playoffs for the second time in three years, beating the Red Wings in seven games to win the cup again.

A franchise record of three straight seasons with at least 100 points was set by Pittsburgh between 2009–10 and 2011–12 (a team gets two points for a win, one for an overtime defeat, and none for a regulation loss) and three division titles were won. The team, on the other hand, failed to make it through the conference finals five times in six postseasons, succumbing to a lower-seeded opponent. The Penguins finally broke through in 2015-16, finishing the regular season on a roll that carried over into the postseason, when they won their second straight Stanley Cup (over the San Jose Sharks in six games).

The Penguins finished 2016–17 with 111 points, good for second in the NHL, and won seven-game series in the second round and the Eastern Conference finals to make it back to the Stanley Cup finals, where they met the Nashville Predators. The Penguins then defeated the Predators in six games to win their second straight Stanley Cup, dating back to 1998 when they won their first.

While the Penguins made the playoffs again in 2018, they were eliminated early in the second round and were again swept in the first round in 2019. Known professionally as Scotty Bowman, he coached the Montreal Canadiens to nine Stanley Cup championships between 1973 and 2002 as a head coach in the National Hockey League. His full name is William Scott Bowman (NHL).

In junior hockey, Bowman had aspirations of skating in the NHL, but a devastating head injury put an end to that. He started off as a coach, spending time on the bench for a variety of youth, junior, and minor league clubs before he was named head coach of the newly formed St. Louis Blues in 1967. After that, he was with the New York Rangers for three years before joining the Montreal Canadiens in 1971. For the 1970s, Bowman helped lead Montreal to five Stanley Cup titles in as many seasons (1973–76–79).

He was named the NHL’s coach of the year in 1977 after receiving the Jack Adams Award. A former general manager and head coach of the Buffalo Sabres (from 1979 to 1987), Bowman is now a hockey analyst for CTV’s Hockey Night in Canada. As a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins front office beginning in 1990, he made a comeback to the NHL. He helped the team win the championship in 1991 while serving as the director of player development. When Bob Johnson, the team’s head coach, fell ill during the 1991–92 season, Bowman stepped in and the Penguins won the Stanley Cup again the following year.
