Siddharth Shukla was born in Mumbai on 12 December 1980. His family is rooted in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He did his schooling at St. Xavier’s High School in Mumbai and went to Rachana Sansad School of Interior Design to pursue his degree in Interior Design. In his school days, he was good at sports and represented his school at many tennis and football competitions. He began acting when he was in college. Siddharth Shukla began his acting career in 2008 with Sony TV’s ‘Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na,’ in which he played the role of ‘Shubh Ranawat.’ He also appeared in the TV series ‘Jaane Pehchaane Se… Ye Ajnabbi,’ ‘Pavitra Rishta’ and ‘Love U Zindagi.’

Controversies:
(a) In 2014, Siddharth was caught driving on New Year’s Eve under the influence of alcohol. He was fined Rs. 2000 by the Mumbai’s Traffic Police and his license was also suspended for 2 months.
(b) In July 2018, he was imprisoned for rash driving by the Mumbai Police. He was driving his car at a high speed, losing control and hitting the Oshiwara divider. He was registered under sections 279, 337, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and released after payment of a penalty of Rs. 5000.
(c) During his time in Balika Vadhu, Siddharth was in a cold war with the actor, Shashank Vyas, over the share of the role.
(d) There was even a gap between Shukla and his Balika Vadhu co-star, Toral Rasputra. According to reports, things got worse between Sidharth and Toral when they shot the honeymoon sequence in Kashmir. After they returned from the shoot, the two were not on talking terms.
