N. Sankaraiah is a politician for the Indian Communist Party and a fighter for Indian independence. He was born on July 15, 1921.
In 1937, after completing his Matriculation, Sankaraiah enrolled in the History program at the American College in Madurai. He was chosen as Secretary of the Madurai Students Union and was one of the founders of the Madras Students organization. During this period, he began taking part in the fight for India’s independence. In 1941, while he was in the penultimate year of his studies at the American College in Madurai, he was taken into custody for the first time.

Later on, he joined the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and became a founding member of the organization. He was a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and served on the central committee. He was an integral element of the All India Kisan Sabha’s leadership team.
